At Kassis & Co., we believe that food and beverage offerings are fundamental to community and neighborhood building. In 2016, Defined Hospitality was founded by Al Lucas, Greg Root, Nick Kennedy, David Reuter, and Roland Kassis with these principles in mind.

The team combined their dynamic expertise in hospitality, restaurant management, culinary innovation, and real estate development to create a forward-thinking restaurant group.
